In almost every case, yes. The old coating will be removed during the metal prep
process, and no extra charge is incurred for the removal of previous applied coatings (Included are bluing, Parker, Krylon) Not Included (Excessive build up of " DIY" products, Platings, Chrome etc excluded). Items not included can be removed at small additional cost (for use of additional chemicals, cleaning time, blasting time, media replacment etc).
